Nasar, an expat is delighted to show his brand new home in his hometown of Kottakal in Malappuram, Kerala. The family wanted a spacious and contemporary home with six bedrooms. The pitched roof is ideal for the tropical climate of Kerala. The fusion style elevation is chic and exudes elegance too. During this time, shingles were placed on the roof. The highlight here is the brick cladding of the double-height wall of the sit-out.

Designed on 2800 square feet, this astonishing mansion has a living room, a formal and family living room, a dining area, a kitchen with a work space, six bedrooms, an upper hall and a balcony.

The interiors are designed in a semi-open style. However, each space has been arranged in such a way as to allow sufficient privacy. The front door opens into the spacious hall. As for the spaces, they are arranged on either side of this vast hall. A TV wall has been separated in the living room highlighting with plywood panels.

The false ceiling in veneer and plaster finish and the matching LED lights give the interiors a bewitching ambience. The custom furniture matches the general theme of the house. The majestic charm of Italian marble enhances the grandiose look of the common areas. Meanwhile, 2×2 vitrified tiles in matte finish were used for flooring in the rest of the areas.

Hot air is expelled when the glass windows next to the dining area are opened. In addition, it ensures incredible ventilation inside the house.

The staircase features an elegant transparent design. The handrails are made in the classic combination of wood and glass. Besides the main balcony at the front, there are also separate balconies for two bedrooms. One could enjoy the spectacular views of nature outside these balconies.
