Salt Lake City — As its available retail space becomes increasingly scarce due to growing demand, The Gateway is pleased to welcome two new tenants – Italian Graffiti and Jade Furnish & Design. Italian Graffiti brings a new upscale dining experience to The Gateway, while Jade Furnish + Design offers affordable interior design services and custom home decor items.
“We are excited to fulfill our mission to attract a wide range of businesses to The Gateway as part of our ongoing revitalization efforts to make it a premier destination and hub in downtown Salt Lake City.” , said Jacklyn Briggs, chief marketing officer of The Gateway. “Italian Graffiti and Jade Furnish & Design are unique and exciting tenants filling voids within the community.”
Italian Graffiti is the first large-scale restaurant from Nice Hospitality, the visionary team behind HallPass and SkinnyFATS. This new venture will offer a contemporary take on classic Italian cuisine and artisanal family recipes from partner chef Marc Marrone’s Italian upbringing in New York City. Drawing on nearly 20 years of experience gained in world-class restaurants across the country, Chef Marc brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to Nice Hospitality’s new venture. Guests can expect to be immersed in the art of ambience with Italian Graffiti’s extensive wine list, show kitchen, daily homemade pasta, full bakery and aged meat program at dry. The region’s first modern osteria will feature floral-inspired decor with unique art installations in the dining room, bar and lounges.
“With grandparents who immigrated from Italy, my dearest family traditions centered around sharing home-cooked meals together. I want our guests to experience that same gracious hospitality and friendly atmosphere” “The popularity of HallPass at The Gateway has paved the way for this new concept as we believe it has increasingly become a coveted dining and entertainment destination in Salt Lake City,” says Marc Marrone.
Jade Furnish + Design exists to make interior design accessible and affordable. The Gateway showroom will feature in-house furniture and decor options to provide ample inspiration with thousands of products readily available to suit every style and budget.
